A longer-distance game without the guesswork

Check the route before choosing the slot

Travel conditions between Chakan and Moshi can change with the day and hour. Use live directions while comparing slots instead of assuming one fixed journey time.

Choose an arrival target that leaves room for traffic and changing shoes. The confirmed court time should be used for play, not for waiting on the last car.

Carpool around one organiser

Put the final players, drivers and pickup points in one group message. One organiser should hold the booking confirmation and tell the club if the headcount changes.

Share the cost structure before leaving. Court time is ₹600 per hour with paddles and balls included. Coaching or event support may be additional.

Consider a longer block for a bigger group

A group making a longer trip may prefer enough time for warm-up, rotations and more than one game. The right duration depends on the number of confirmed players.

Two courts hold eight doubles players at one time. If more people are coming, build timed rotations or ask the club to suggest an event format.

Separate company outings from friend games

A friend group can usually manage its own teams and scoring. A company outing may need facilitation, equipment, billing and a documented run sheet.

Use the corporate enquiry when the organiser needs those additions. Ask for every inclusion in writing; a normal hourly court booking should not be treated as a full offsite package.
