ONE VENUE · A USEFUL LOCAL PLAN
A practical court plan from Charholi
Early session or evening game?
Choose a slot the whole group can reach without rushing. Morning games can leave the rest of the weekend open; evening sessions may suit working players better.
Check live traffic for the actual date rather than relying on a usual estimate. Ask for availability before building the day around a particular hour.
Book enough time for the headcount
One hour is a useful first taste for four players who already know the basics. A larger or completely new group may benefit from more time for rules, warm-up and rotations.
Tell the club how many people are coming and whether they need coaching. Court-only time and a coached session are different bookings.
Keep the cost transparent
The standard court rate is ₹600 per hour. Four doubles players can divide that court charge, while paddles or instruction may be additional.
For a bigger group, ask for the complete price and inclusions before collecting money. Avoid promising food, awards or exclusive use unless the club has confirmed them.
Create a repeatable weekend ritual
If the same group wants to return, record the slot that worked, who brought equipment and how long the journey took. That makes the second booking easier than the first.
Book the court hours you need and confirm that your preferred times are available. Paddles and balls are included.
