Tell us how many colleagues are coming, whether they’ve played before and how long you’d like to stay. A small team can spend more time on court; a larger group needs shorter games and planned rotations.
With two courts, eight people can play doubles at the same time. We’ll discuss a format for the rest of the group before you commit, so the outing suits your numbers.
A few ways to run your team outing
Keep it relaxed with friendly doubles, mix departments between games, or ask about a short team tournament. You don’t need to decide the format before contacting us.
- First-time players: ask for an introduction to serving, scoring and the kitchen rule.
- Mixed departments: discuss rotating partners so colleagues get to play with different people.
- Competitive teams: ask about short matches and a final within your booked time.
A sample session to discuss
Start with introductions and a rules walkthrough, leave time for practice, then move into short doubles games. Finish with a final game and a team photo if the group is up for it.
This is a suggested plan, not a fixed package. Coaching support, equipment, exclusive court use and refreshments need to be agreed as part of your quote.
Planning from elsewhere in PCMC or Pune?
Every corporate booking is at our Moshi venue. Share the same location pin with the team and check travel time from your workplace before settling on a start time.
For teams coming from Hinjawadi or another part of Pune, we can discuss the same booking options. Transport is something to arrange separately unless agreed with us.
What we need for a quote
Send your company name, approximate headcount, preferred date and how much time you have. Tell us if the group is mostly beginners and mention anything you need for internal approval, including billing details.
We’ll confirm availability, what’s included and the payment and cancellation terms before the booking is final. The ₹600 hourly court rate on our site is for a standard court booking; a corporate event is quoted for its agreed scope.

A few things you might be wondering.
Can we book if nobody has played pickleball?
Yes. Tell us that the team is new to the sport. We can discuss introductory guidance and a suitable format, with support and charges confirmed in the quote.
How many people can play at once?
Eight people can play doubles across the two courts at once. Larger groups need rotations; share your headcount so we can discuss a practical plan.
Do you offer a fixed corporate package price?
Corporate bookings are quoted on request based on the date, court time, group size and agreed inclusions.
Are food, equipment and coaches included?
Inclusions are confirmed in your quote. Please ask about equipment, coaching support and refreshments so there are no assumptions on the day.
Can we request both courts exclusively?
Yes, you can request exclusive use of both courts. Availability and the booking terms must be confirmed with the club.
