Start with the court and confirmed players

Four people can play doubles on one court. At PaddleKraft’s standard ₹600 hourly court rate, four players dividing equally pay ₹150 each for court time.

Paddles and balls are included in the court rate. Coaching, food and travel are separate; confirm any extras before telling the family a final per-person number.

If more than four people are coming, decide how rotations will work and whether one court gives everyone enough playing time.

Borrow or rent before buying

First-time players may not know which grip or paddle feel they prefer. Confirm whether equipment can be rented or used at the club before purchasing several paddles.

Bring stable sports shoes, comfortable clothes, water and a small towel. Reuse ordinary sportswear; a branded pickleball outfit will not improve the first rally.

Children should use equipment appropriate to their size and follow adult or coach guidance. Parents remain responsible during a casual family booking.

Know which extras are optional

A coach can help a completely new family understand serving and scoring, but instruction should be booked and priced separately. Do not assume it comes with the court.

Food, decorations and photographs may turn a game into an event. Ask about venue rules and costs before bringing any of them.

After the first visit, record the real spend and ask whether the family wants another game. That answer should guide any personal equipment purchase and the next booking.

PLAY IN MOSHI

Turn the reading into a real game.

PaddleKraft has two covered pickleball courts in Borhade Wadi, Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad. Standard court bookings are ₹600 per hour. Availability, paddles and balls are included; coaching and event inclusions should be confirmed with the club.
