Choose the group size and promise

Eight players fill two doubles courts with no waiting. Twelve players create three groups of four, while sixteen create four groups and need tighter rotations.

Tell invitees whether the day is beginner-friendly, competitive or mixed. Close RSVPs before making teams and keep a short reserve list instead of overbooking the courts.

At PaddleKraft, request both courts and confirm the duration. Exclusive use is subject to availability and agreed booking terms.

Use timed rounds

Set a fixed round length and stop when time is called, even if a game has not reached the usual score. Timed rounds keep one close match from delaying everyone else.

Publish the court order in a group message or on paper. When a round begins, the next group should already know where it is going.

For a mixed-level gathering, change partners after the first block. It creates more conversations and prevents one pair from controlling the entire session.

Finish without making people wait

Use standings only if someone is ready to track results accurately. A simpler option is a final between two pairs chosen from the last rotation while everyone else plays a closing social game.

Leave time at the end for photographs, water and settling shared costs. Do not let an improvised awards ceremony push beyond the confirmed reservation.

If the group needs a host, equipment or prizes, ask for those additions before booking. Two courts alone do not create a managed event.

PLAY IN MOSHI

Turn the reading into a real game.

PaddleKraft has two covered pickleball courts in Borhade Wadi, Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad. Standard court bookings are ₹600 per hour. Availability, paddles and balls are included; coaching and event inclusions should be confirmed with the club.
